Figure13 LLC has a clear Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy. These establish and clarify how our services can and cannot be used. While they’re not a fun read, they help to explain what we mean by “abuse”.
On the rare occasion that our services are abused, or whenever someone engages in the abuse of another person through the use of our services, we act quickly to intervene, investigate, and resolve the issue.
Reporting Abuse
Abuse reports should include detailed information about the account, the content or behavior you are reporting, and how you found it, including URLs or screenshots. If you need a secure file transfer, let us know and we will send you a link. We will not disclose your identity to anyone associated with the reported account/service.
